kenneth jAs being I am debilitated, to have someone there to unhook trailer, Had no level spot to set trailer. Gravel and mud and on a slope. When I lifted the hitch off of the ball, the trailer rolled ahead and cut my trailer wiring. And I was told someone would be present until 19:00 hours, to help.
Brian LThe gentleman I meet in the back of the building was extremely rude! the location to pickup and return the trailer was a uneven non paved grass / mud and rut filled area. I will NEVER use this location again. I have rented several items from UHaul over the years and never experienced such a horrible experience!
