They robbed me of not taking back a return on boxes and other items. They refused to give me back my money and kept it all the while charging me for two truck rentals and I never gotten. Absolutely a scam and fraud with indedealers who do bot honor returns, nor reimburse you for rental never used
Travis FThe rental smelled of urine and cigarettes, equipment was dirty. No key drop or remote pick up had to go into hookah lounge. They tried to re charge me. At drop off I did the online check out and they wasted my time, making me stay until they could check in physically. I was unable to load items into equipment because of smell my spouse would not use
IAN RVan was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Some trash still in the back. Picking up and returning vehicle was time consuming. No option for drop box return which is very inconvenient and frustrating
