This office was confusing as it was not even marked as a U-HAUL office and it was inside a tobacco store. The person that took my keys seemed to have no idea what to do with them. It took me 20 min on the phone afterward with the Annapolis store and UHAUL traffic center to reassure me that I had in fact dropped it off at an actual location. I was very relieved to get a receipt via email later the next day.
Lisa BMake sure the driver seat can be adjusted. I tried to adjust the seat so I can reach the gas pedal since I'm short but I was not able to adjust it. Not sure if it was stuck or not adjustable.
Hussam AI was not given any instructions regarding getting the key to the vehicle. It was in a lockbox at the front of the store but I was not told that so I had to make phone calls to find out how to get the key. Process took longer than expected.
Margaret Rdrivers door was damaged and difficult to close. Location was not convenient - truck was parked in a back parking lot a good distance away from the store front.
