The truck was fine. The pickup location is not a uhaul dealer but a smoke shop...which is odd but ok. The clerk was a young person who while polite spoke broken English which was problematic.

Very poor customer service. Truck has lost of issues. You charge some extra 15$, I didn’t ask for. I fill up gas still you charge 22$.

Kathryn NThis office was confusing as it was not even marked as a U-HAUL office and it was inside a tobacco store. The person that took my keys seemed to have no idea what to do with them. It took me 20 min on the phone afterward with the Annapolis store and UHAUL traffic center to reassure me that I had in fact dropped it off at an actual location. I was very relieved to get a receipt via email later the next day.
Lisa BMake sure the driver seat can be adjusted. I tried to adjust the seat so I can reach the gas pedal since I'm short but I was not able to adjust it. Not sure if it was stuck or not adjustable.
