This was an awful miserable experience. Your app crashed 8 times so it took me 45 minutes to do an online check in. Then the store has absolutely no indication it's a u haul site. It's a hooka shop with no uhaul sign visible until you go in and go up to the counter. The addresses do not match. The kid at the counter was kind but I was completely pissed by that point. Wasted time and money.
