The employee at the location did an outstanding job of what he was required to do. I went online, made a reservation, paid in full, and received a receipt. Go to the location to pick up the rental and was informed that I had to provide a contact and that the contact had to answer the phone or I could not receive the equipment. There was nothing in writing when I made the reservation and still can’t find anything today. If I missed the policy please provide it to me and I will then remove my poor rating. If this is the case the provide it upfront so we can no. I was then threatened that he had the right to deny my rental because I made a statement about this policy. Never in over 30 years using this company did they have to call my contact to make sure they answer. Was never told what would happen if they had to use my contact. I will NEVER use this location again. It explains why they have so much unused equipment just sitting around.

Kenneth BThe initial truck assigned was an older truck with 85K miles, not clean, and had the check engine light illuminated. The site took a picture and then reassigned to a different truck. It was new, 10K miles, clean, and performed very well. There was not a hand dolly there as I reserved so they took it off the rental which required me to buy a dolly for $80. The Car dolly was fine although the ratchets were tough to use due to age and corrosion. The car strapping was frayed so I had to trim the strands to get it through. So this is mostly an equipment condition feedback. The sites staff was polite and competent. Very good service experience. I would recommend the site.
Jeffrey KThe only problem I had was not being able to drop it off in my town that has a UHaul location and to pay a lot more mileage taking the truck back . Where as if I could have dropped it off in my town like I thought I could I would have been exact with the mileage I figured on when renting the truck .
