Raymond N.This comment is NOT for the 7156 Dallas Cherryville Hwy location. This gentleman was great. This comment is for the location in Charlotte that I had reserved the truck for pick up. I was inadvertently bumped up without my consent from a 15' to a 20' truck, which I was not able to drive and was way too big for the stuff I had to transport. Meaning, all my items would've been flying in the truck while driving it. I wasted 1 hour at the place and on the phone. They had two 15' trucks there but they wouldn't change it. Therefore, after 1 hour wasted, I had to drive 31 miles to the Cherryville location to pick up the truck that I had reserved in the first place. I wasted now 2 additional hours (driving there and back). My daughter was with me and she wasted all her time as well driving me back and forth. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
