My equipment was not even in the truck after we went through a 45 minute process outside in the sun just to get the keys to the truck

Rented from a location that does not exist. Vehicle was not ready to go when I got to second location. Despite having scheduled the rental weeks ago and checked in the night before, my rental had to be redone when I got there. Stood outside for 30 minutes in cold waiting for someone to give me keys. No pads in truck. Horrible service and will not rent from UHaul again.
Brian F.I originally rented a uhaul at 3315 Justine LLC. Drove there to pick it up, clicked on “pick up my reservation†on the uhaul website and it said “the facility wasn't open yet†on the uhaul site. I spent an hour there with customer service on the phone just to be told that location doesn't have mobile pick up set up. So then why was i able to book a truck for mobile pick up??? So i had to change my reservation to a different location, drive far out of my way, and waste a bunch of time because of that mistake on uhauls part.
Zachary H.The parking lot was super small. I did an after hours return and 2 people before me parked the trucks horizontally across the parking spots instead of backing in, making it impossible for me to park without blocking a door. For the amount of business they should extend their lot as there is quite a bit of empty real estate in the vicinity.
Taylor S.The cell reception for AT&T at this building was very poor, so doing a mobile check-in took forever. Perhaps it's better for other carriers, but the owners may want to looking into boosting the available cell service if they care about people doing mobile check-ins. The parking lot was also very small, and it was quite tough backing the van out (especially since someone, maybe the owners, pulled into the lot and were unloading stuff from a car right before I was going to move the van). Although the van looked nice, it had this deep, loud humming sound that would start every time the van idled. It was a noise you might associate with torture (not kidding), as it was absolutely maddening. I left this feedback about the truck already, but I'm commenting on it again because it was such a bad experience.
