I had a contacless pick up schedule ld at 10.30am. Got there maybe 10.45, that online process to pick up took about 20min just to be surprised with the message that this location indeed requests going yo the counter. Except the counter was the cell phone store closed with a gate and chain. I called the customer service and they gave me the lockbox code and that turned out to be empty. On their website the store is listed as to be opened since 10am. After being very stressful out and almost having my pick up location changes some lady showed up 11.33am claiming she couldn’t find parking -1.5hr after the scheduled opening time for the store. In a meantime I had someone waiting to help with moving and Iw as losing money every minute because of it. The kicker? She didn’t even say “I am sorry”. When I told her “thank you for waisting me $50 for the guy that’s waiting” she smiled sarcastically and waived her hand me.

The truck was dirty I have not even received information that it was correctly returned I paid for more mileage than I actually used and have not received that back I had the U-Haul company calling me asking me why I didn't return the truck in the truck was returned early and then expect it and I paid more than what I actually used and I'm pissed off I will never rent from them again maybe never from uhaul again
Jessica VLatin Cargo Envios 6348 W Grand Ave Chicago, IL 60639 , the only think was , I make the reservation for 10:00 AM and I have to wait to 11:00 AM Because supposedly the one in charge told me that they open at 11:00 AM on Sunday , but their schedule says that they open at 10:00 AM on Sundays, they made me lose an hour of work, that was the only problem.
erasmo cUHaul switched the location on me the day before to a place much further away. I had to uber 35 minutes there, costing more than I planned. Furthermore, I had to change my entire moving plan and nearly was unable to procure movers because of the location change and its hours. When I arrived at the store, it was not open, and opened 30 minutes late, further disrupting my moving timeline.The gas tank was on empty. When I tried to call the UHaul corporate line, I was unable to even get through. It was an incredibly frustrating experience, with terrible customer service from the corporate end.
