This isn’t about the ABLP COMPANY, it’s about u haul app that is almost impossible to use. Wouldn’t recognize the photos of my id, wouldn’t recognize pictures we took of the truck. Absolute nightmare. Truck was returned before my time was due, and I had to pay extra $20 for something? When I received a confirmation email from uhaul about renting a truck, it said that a representative will contact me once I’m ready to pick up the truck, but no one called. I apologize, but will never be returning to use uhaul services again…

NORMAN KRachets on the car transport trailer were rusty and very difficult to use. After unloading my car i cleaned them and lubricated the system so they work properly as designed. Service was fantastic at this location in Chilliwack on yale road. The other location i went to first on Chilliwack mountain road, chilliwack was a complete joke. I can't believe this is an official U-Haul dealer.
BERNARD Dthe inside floor was very dirty and smelly previous renter hauled dirt in it.i didn't have time to get another truck so I took it and cleaned it myself
