NORMAN KThis isn’t about the ABLP COMPANY, it’s about u haul app that is almost impossible to use. Wouldn’t recognize the photos of my id, wouldn’t recognize pictures we took of the truck. Absolute nightmare. Truck was returned before my time was due, and I had to pay extra $20 for something? When I received a confirmation email from uhaul about renting a truck, it said that a representative will contact me once I’m ready to pick up the truck, but no one called. I apologize, but will never be returning to use uhaul services again…
