Soleil M.I was supposed to pick up at a location in Klamath Falls & given confirmation. I ended up having to pick up a day earlier at this location. Now I'm paying for an extra day of insurance as well as driving to another location to purchase a lock. Dragging around a trailer on Halloween Night made it impossible to get in or out of places I planned to go while in the area. Fortunately my hotel reservation was at a place that was able to accommodate the parking situation. I was given a drop off location at the time of pick up. This changed as well & even the changed location would not accept the return.
