The site is located around many small business, making it hard to maneuver. Unfortunately, I arrived after business hours and did not engage with anyone. So drop off was simple using the mobile application. Overall, I would use this site for drop off because of its availability to drop off after business hours.

Once I came to return the U-Haul after using it to move some things for the day, I stopped by in the gas station across the street to put $22 dollars on the pump. I used 49 miles total of miles, I got charged 54 dollars for apparently not returning the car with enough gas back. To me this seems like a scam as 22 dollars at any gas station will give you more than 49 miles on a truck. Don’t use this store they will scam you. I am requesting a refund through my card as I have all the proof that I did all this
