LEIGH TMy reservation was not honored. the truck I reserved was not available, I did receive a smaller cargo van which met my needs but not what I initially ordered. Seems to be a disconnect between U-Haul central and the individual franchises that service central reservations.
BRIAN BLocation was fine. However, the truck had a check engine light when we picked up. The man who helped us said don’t worry the engine is fine there is something wrong with the alert sensor. We were a few miles out and engine would act like it was stalling. We had to drive in manual gear to keep it going. We brought it back aafter we finished and told him that he should not have given us that truck. It was stalling and took double the time to get to our destination and back.
