When I picked up this truck, I was not clearly told where I could drop it back off. So, I went to a U-Haul location. They sent me down the road. Mind you I had already put gas in truck to where it was. From there the second stop was closed. We were in Pinellas Park, call a phone number, oh now we already got gas now we have to go to Seminole. Then we are charged for more gas after a run around. I was not pleased with this situation at all. It was so confusing since I had never used U-Haul before. Thanks

How U-Haul Reviews WorkDropped in unannounced very nice. Took care of our trailer. We called center on where to drop trailer that was a joke. Hung up on us first. Then tells us we have wrong person on phone. Had us on hold for awhile finally we hung up and just drove over to this place and everything was handled
ALLEN BTruck had not been inspected because keys had to be retrieved from the drop box. It was after 10:00 in the morning when picked up. There were no other customers there when I arrived. I was told that there was only 1/8 to 1/4 tank of fuel. Unacceptable. I had to leave and obtain fuel to begin the project. I had people waiting to assist me and due to the inefficiency of your organization, there was little to no fuel, so that we were delayed in starting. This resulted in some having to leave prior to completion. There should be an adequate amount of fuel to renter. You charge an exorbitant amount for fuel if returned without the same amount. Lastly, the interior was dirty, seats ripped, and the a/c was cool to warm only on the blasting level. I have rented dozens of UHauls over the years and several from this location. I definitely did not get what I paid for. I will not utilize either in the future nor recommend to anyone. Get it together.
Jalynn MI absolutely loved this U-Haul facility ! They were so helpful and kind . Met all my needs ( actually went above and beyond help )you don't see that much these days .
