Did not have the materials I requested. No furniture blankets, no utility dolly, only one furniture dolly. I ended up having to buy blankets and coverings to protect my belongings for my move.

Mark MReservation was made with both Dolly and Shipping Pads of which both did not come with vehicle. Truck was parked on incline to indicate the Fuel was at 7/8 when really on a level was 3/4, I returned with a full tank to limit any issues. My expectation will be to receive credit for the Dolly and Packing blankets which were $12 each. Mobile check in could have all information about pick up and drop off before hand - no reason to wait until arrival and handle this on mobile app. Look forward to your reply. Other - Return spot had not indication of where the Key Drop was - looked around for 20 min before finding.
Dale DU-HAUL was in perfect condition. Only problem was checking in and waiting on my reference to pick up before I was able to get the U-HAUL. I was unaware that that was something required and wish I know prior as I could have notified them to be ready for a call. Thus taking time away from my 10 appointment time, and me not being able to use the U-Haul until 10:45.
Kaprice FThe issue was with the van itself. It drives horribly. On the highway the thing is an accident waiting to happen. For a brand new van with 60 miles on it, that’s a problem. It was all over the road. I had to white knuckle the entire trip to ensure the van did not roll over when hitting a bump at 70 mph. Which was the highway speed limit. The older van never had this issue. Even ones from 2-3 years ago never had that issue. I believe it’s from the front tires being so close to under the front seats. The steering rod is at your feet. So it’s like steering a unicycle with a trailer attached. I know that’s a ford issue. But now it’s a U-Haul issue.
