Very condescending management. Threatened me when I couldn't park the truck because the site was overcrowded and the mirrors didn't stay in position due to loose fasteners and it was dark and raining. I have pictures to indicate just how impossible the site was and how ridiculous they were about blocking their underground tanks.. I had reserved a 15 foot van but got a 10 foot van instead which caused extra trips time and expense in mileage and labor costs for hired movers at $100 per hour. No comparison to the excellent service I have received in the Chester location on Highland Ave in Pennsylvania outside Philadelphia that team led by Tina bends over backwards to assist as well as Shannon in the District 808 Office.

Did not have the materials I requested. No furniture blankets, no utility dolly, only one furniture dolly. I ended up having to buy blankets and coverings to protect my belongings for my move.

Mark MReservation was made with both Dolly and Shipping Pads of which both did not come with vehicle. Truck was parked on incline to indicate the Fuel was at 7/8 when really on a level was 3/4, I returned with a full tank to limit any issues. My expectation will be to receive credit for the Dolly and Packing blankets which were $12 each. Mobile check in could have all information about pick up and drop off before hand - no reason to wait until arrival and handle this on mobile app. Look forward to your reply. Other - Return spot had not indication of where the Key Drop was - looked around for 20 min before finding.
Dale DU-HAUL was in perfect condition. Only problem was checking in and waiting on my reference to pick up before I was able to get the U-HAUL. I was unaware that that was something required and wish I know prior as I could have notified them to be ready for a call. Thus taking time away from my 10 appointment time, and me not being able to use the U-Haul until 10:45.
