The equipment type I rented was not available. As a result, I needed something much larger. There were mechanical issues, ie, ABS light.

David QVery condescending management. Threatened me when I couldn't park the truck because the site was overcrowded and the mirrors didn't stay in position due to loose fasteners and it was dark and raining. I have pictures to indicate just how impossible the site was and how ridiculous they were about blocking their underground tanks.. I had reserved a 15 foot van but got a 10 foot van instead which caused extra trips time and expense in mileage and labor costs for hired movers at $100 per hour. No comparison to the excellent service I have received in the Chester location on Highland Ave in Pennsylvania outside Philadelphia that team led by Tina bends over backwards to assist as well as Shannon in the District 808 Office.
William GDid not have the materials I requested. No furniture blankets, no utility dolly, only one furniture dolly. I ended up having to buy blankets and coverings to protect my belongings for my move.
