Although I drop the trailer off after hours this place had junk cars everywhere and didnt look inviting.

I’m 5’1 and could not adjust the seat so I had to sit up towards the edge of the seat to hit the gas pedal, but other than that, everything was perfect
Karen CHaving a big move planned, I was able to schedule a U-Haul pickup at an area just down the street. I'm not a big fan of using apps, but the U-Haul App experience legitimately surprised me. Hassle free, quick and did what it said it would do on the tin. I was able to pick up my truck at the scheduled time, complete the requirements within 15 minutes and move about my trip. Instructions were clear and returning the truck was a breeze. Great service.
Joshua MThere is no way that I drove 31 miles in that truck that I got it’s completely ridiculous. I will never rent a U-Haul in this place ever again. The amount that you guys charge me is ridiculous. I went 5 miles and the thing says I want 31 miles you guys charged me a lot never again.
