The man at the drop off location was extremely friendly and helpful. He answered a few unanswered questions and made it quick and easy to drop off the trailer. He literally just had me pull in and unhook, no jockeying or back up. Fantastic.

Richard WThe U-Haul registration system needs work. I had great difficulty registering online, and even the staff member at goods connection had to get an authorization from his supervisor in order to get the order confirmed.
