This was a backyard operation next to someone’s house. The office was cluttered and unprofessional. However, the person running the operation was extremely friendly and helpful. He himself, I would give 5 stars.

JOSE PI used this destination ONLY because my reservation was canceled for lack of equipment. U-Haul only accepts online reservations but was incapable of fulfilling the reservation. As a result, I had to take a half day off of work, drive 1 hour and 20 minutes each way to pick up this trailer. I was given less than 24 hours notice trailer was not available. U-Haul needs to do better.
