WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE TO HAVE A MEMEBER OF STAFF THAT KNEW EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS DOING IN REGARDS TO THE SERVICE THAT WAS BEING OFFERRED. NO BEATING ABOUT, NO HAVING TO LOOK UP OR SEEK ANSWERS FROM ANOTHER AND EVERYTHING THAT WAS STATED DID IN FACT TURN OUT TO BE 100% ACCURATE. IT MAKES ONE FEEL THAT IN THIS CASE THE MACHINES HAVE NOT TAKEN OVER. WELL, DONE COBOURG.

Mike P.No complaints about this particular location but an overall experience with U-Haul was horrible due to my initial booking with U-Haul Dealer, located at 1 Buchanan St, Cobourg, ON. I booked a 10' Truck with U Haul 1 month ahead before moving but they cancelled my reservation without telling me. I found out it accidentally 7 hours prior to getting U-Haul. The reservation office offered me a bigger truck but because I don't have any experience driving 15 truck I had to accept a van that needed to be returned back to the same location costing me extra 140 kms and and pay another $70 for a train ticket. I'll will never use U-haul again.
