The team was great! They stepped in to help me when another Uhaul overbooked themselves. Each team member was great! The online pickup wasn’t super smooth (not totally their fault). The only mix up was that the key was not in the lock box when I went to open it. The manager was a life saver and came in early to grab me a key. I just wish the key had been in the box. That would have saved me an hour with the movers I booked. Overall, they were all super helpful and it was super cool to see the custom cars in the parking lot!

Trailer was well worn, but did the job needed. The guy running the place got us a new wire for the brake lights when we noticed the extension was frayed.
