I didn't request any insurance on the rental and was informed it would be removed. However, the amount was billed on my receipt and CC.

Pretty run down facility but the guy was fine. The NC vendor was top notch. G
GRANT HI had requested an appliance dolly, 2 furniture dollies and a utility dolly for my move. When I arrived they only had one furniture dolly. I made this reservation in advance so there is no excuse why they didn’t have what I needed. Not to mention I received no phone calls or notification that they didn’t have the items I requested. Very poor customer service.
Steve MVery tight trailer parking. Again, I am an experienced driver so backing into a space on a 45-degree angle into a space that had 6 inches to spare was not optimal. A less experienced driver would have issued backing the trailer into that location for drop-off. The personal were nice but not sure how experienced they are with trailers in general.
Robert GSimple process for check out and return. Equipment was in good condition. Coordinators were friendly. Have used this location before and would use again.
