Al was told he was all set, but he didn't have a receipt showing the trailer had been returned. He went back in, and they rectified it. I believe they were very busy, but we are used to getting an email instantly stating the trailer had been returned. We rent often.

LARRY OThis location was great but was not the location I selected when I made the reservation. The location I made the reservation at was the most convenient for me. I made the reservation almost 1 month ahead of time. It was still transferred to 3 other locations before it was all said and done because of equipment availability. I could understand if I made the reservation last minute. But that's not the case here. When my pickup location was changed to a location 1 hour away, I refused to confirm the pickup. I assume corporate had to step in and upgrade me to the next bigger truck to keep the reservation. Had they not done this, I would've canceled the reservation last minute and gone with Penske. At the end of the day, I got a bigger truck and a trailer as required and only had to drive 15 minutes out of my way.
DAVID FIT Literally took less than 3 minutes to drop off the truck. Very nice staff. I will recommend U-haul to anyone needing help moving!
