This location was very friendly and helpful and explained everything to us from start to finish. They are friendly and courtesy as well. Not only that they are a U-Haul third-party company. They are in Appliance store which I bought a garage refrigerator and was able to take it home with me in the U-Haul. I would like to congratulate these guys on a great job.

Larnyl FI didn't choose this place and definitely didn't ask for an extra day. I wasn't able to turn in my truck for 2 days because y'all lost track of the truck and it wasn't showing I actively had it. No uhaul place would take my truck and I was stuck hauling it around everywhere while moving and yall charge me for the mileage after telling me you wouldn't. I was ready to drop this truck off the next day yet was stuck with it due to your technical issues. Not ok. And these dudes were in a hurry to leave and wouldn't listen to me and were rude. This is not ókay!!
