The employees were nice, but were unaware of my rental and not sure how to help me with hookup.
Gina CYou should have jacks on your trailers. I was not informed the 6x12 trailer didn't have one and by the time we got the difficulties with your system delt with ( nearly 2 hours) the business had closed so no help available to hook up.
Mary BReturn was not executed properly. I returned the trailer one day early and yet was charged extra as though I dropped off late. I was charged $24 for insurance which I did not want.
