The truck was dirty when I picked it up (trash in the cargo compartment) and returned cleaner than when I got it. My reservation for 8am was changed from a U-Haul location in coon rapids to this location and switched from counter pick up to truck share. The location wasn’t even open at 8am so I had to wait an hour to get started. Then the employees took a long time to give me the key because they weren’t sure where it was. I would not recommend this location or U-Haul to anyone I know. I finished my rental feeling like I was cheated and over charged. Which I was literally overcharged! Originally I authorized the 15$ safe move package but was charged for the 30$ safe move package on my final receipt. Terrible service all the way through!

Patrick vWhen I reserved the trailer I also requested the pick up location and this was not it. This was a car detail shop that had two u haul trailers. The place was poorly marked and the reservation was completely messed up.
