The owner of the location did not show me how to properly hook the trailer up. Also the wiring harness was frayed and so the lights on the trailer were not operating as they should and we had to stop at a different location while moving across the country to get that fixed.
Michael MBrendan was incredibly nice, professional, responsive and helpful.
