Teach these morons to keep reserved dollies and other equipment in the locked truck, not outside by their ice bin, so they don’t get stolen. Hire clerks who won’t complain to me, “It’s not my job,” when their boss tells them to find the 36 furniture blankets I rented. It took me an extra 2 hours to sort out this mess with U-Haul and drive to a real U-Haul facility half an hour away to get the flipping dollies.
