Owner/operator forced me to wait for some time before picking up my trailer so he could move boxes in the back room. In general, he communicated poorly and acted in an unsafe manner by running over, not saying anything while he was doing this, and getting in-between my car and the trailer while I was backing up the trailer into it's spot, then hitting my car multiple times with his hand to get me to stop moving. I was about 2 feet from having the trailer all the way back and given that I didn't see him coming and he didn't say anything to get my attention, this startled and frustrated me. Because of these things, I would rather go to a different location than rent from here again.
