How U-Haul Reviews WorkGreat service. Check-in took less than 5 minutes. The gentleman who was helping me provided clear instructions and walked me to my truck. The return process took less than 30 seconds once I parked the van. I will definitely use this service again for moving.
Marcos MLocation was clean and the employees were nice, but I would not recommend U-Haul or any other U-Haul location because of the exorbitant fees. When I reserved my truck online even though the reservation came with 4 days I assumed if I returned the truck early I'd be refunded the unused time. Apparently U-Haul's policies have changed and I don't know how long they've been this way, but I wasn't informed when I picked up the truck. I just think this is absurd because who needs a 10 inch truck, the smallest, for 4 days to drive 8 hours? I was done in two... I was hoping for a partial refund for the unused time considering everything is expensive these days! Since I had it I helped my friend get rid of some large trash items from his house but I still ended up returning it early. Just a waste of money and from now on I recommend a different company cause that's what I'll be using.
