They did not include my paid dollys and equipment rentals. I went to pick up before they opened so there was no one there to assist me when they had forgotten to put my dolly’s in the truck I rented.

PATRICK CTruck smelled of mold VERY strongly. The blankets I reserved DAYS in advance were not available. The dolly would not stay secured in its holder. The rear lift door was incredibly tough to lower and latch. The alignment was so bad it was very hard to drive straight safely. I was charged for gas even though I filled it back to where it was when I received the truck. Overall, a horrible experience. 1/10
