A formal complaint has already been submitted. Upon returning the trailer, I was asked where I picked it up bc the tires were physically falling apart and shouldn't have been on the road, let alone under load. I had just completed a 200+ mile trip in 108+ degree heat (temps ranged from 108-118). If the tires had blown or come apart on the road, I could have been in an accident, caused an accident, and/or been stranded alone in the middle of farmlands or on the side of the highway. Looking at the tires, I am lucky nothing like that happened and I made it to my destination safely. The UHaul rep here is very nice and the process was simple, but I can't ignore the fact he attached a trailer to my Jeep with tires on it that shouldn't have still been in use.
