BLAKE VMark at Westside has always taken care of me. I love renting from Mark he is very good at what he does for customer service. When I have to go somewhere else to rent my truck trouble starts from the phone call. Who ever came up with the ideal of picking up a truck from a cow pasture of vacant lot needs to be fired. I have spent hours trying to get into a truck wasting MY time and time is money !!!!!!!!!!!
Nolen VOffice is not well marked or easily located. Office manager is less than friendly and very condescending. Office smells horrible due to bird cages inside the building. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
