I reserved my truck at a different location a week in advance because I was flying in to clean out my storage unit that I have had for 20 years, and did not have a car. This was the closest they could get? 45 minutes away? I tried to discuss with multiple associates and was met with indifference to hostility by the scheduling department. I had to take an $80 cab to get the truck. After 20years of loyalty and autopayments I feel like they could’ve done more. Disappointing.

The office and the parking lot were two different locations with no clear directions posted as to where to go. Parking area is gravel and dirt with big potholes. Waited 5 + minutes for clerk to finish texting someone before she acknowledged me and decided to help

Joseph PSuper friendly place! They even checked what drop off location might be the least expensive option. I rented two one way trailers and ended up saving over $150. Nice! I need to make one more trip, and will definitely choose this place, even though it is a little further than another UHaul place that is closer to me in the Albany area.
