Only issue was the location it is in a busy area of town but other than that they were helpful and explained the process as simple as they could. although the worker couldn't help me attach the trailer they did secure the chains properly and helped me leave without any problems.

Michael BApp wasn’t the most user friendly and location is interesting but that’s ok
Kaitlyn MTruck we rented was fine. Uhaul gave us options to rent that did not exist at this location which is very misleading. We wanted to rent a couple of different types of dollies but the location told us when we picked up the truck that they don’t have any.
