My situation really did not directly come from U-Haul but it came from the movers not completing the job on the same day causing me to pay more money and more mileage, and also they didn't even use the pads so I have a lot of wasting money into the weekend. I'm very happy but I just have to deal with it but it is a recommendation that came from U-Haul the movers that is.... they have painfully caused me to pay for another day, pay for extra mileage because they did not show up after I had driven to the storage, asked me to bypass and they never use them, etc. Good day
