System was down. It took almost an hour to get the truck from when I arrived at the center..
Edward KThey seem to need a little more training on how to complete the uhaul rental. Friendly enough staff just dont seem to be super familiar with the system. I didnt check the back initially so maybe my fault but the person before definitely didn't sweep it out. The guy seemed confused as well about what my total amount charged was so ill have to double check my card tomorrow and make sure they didnt over charge me.

Andre MSystem was down when I went to pick up truck. . Clerk at store used her phone WiFi service was poor . Took forever to complete rental. Left 45 minutes later. When I brought it back it was same problem. Haul was down at store. Another 45 minutes. Wasn't able to pay balanced owed then. Balance emailed 2 days later. Had nerve to bill me a late fee 30.00.When you finally realized I had a balance it should have been paid with card on file. No you waited so you could charge me late fee. Your service sucks and its nothing but a problem.in renting.You stole 30.00 in a late fee that if your system was up would have been paid that .
