Uhaul is sanctioning gas stations and other locations that really have no business handling trucks or trailers. I reserved two trucks, one a 20' and one 26'. The first one had windshield wipers that were mostly shreds of rubber. On the second rental, the wipers did not ever work. At all. I pointed it out to the owner, and he simply said, "Oh sorry." This is totally unacceptable. Sure, they were friendly and handled the reservation fine, but that's only half the job. Understanding the equipment and the dangers involved with non-functioning systems is mandatory.

The u haul I rented was completely rusted and unsafe for travel. It fell off and hit my cousins car with her infant in there. The workers are the people who hooked it up for us and we spent an hour having to reattach the rusted broken trailer back to the spot.

Edward KThey seem to need a little more training on how to complete the uhaul rental. Friendly enough staff just dont seem to be super familiar with the system. I didnt check the back initially so maybe my fault but the person before definitely didn't sweep it out. The guy seemed confused as well about what my total amount charged was so ill have to double check my card tomorrow and make sure they didnt over charge me.
