My only issue with the entire experience was that we originally booked a pickup location that would allow us to stay within the 145 allotted miles included with the rental. The location was changed by U-Haul at the last minute, and while the new location was a fine experience, its location caused us to go over the allotted miles by 15, resulting in an additional charge of $15 on the final invoice.
