Zebertee J.When a retired gentleman of 71 rents a truck make sure the charging system is okay. I have rented from U-Haul many time and they never let my down. SASHA S.Upon return if the fuel tank had more fuel in the tank than what was stated customer should be reimbursed for the overage. My truck had more than a half tank of fuel when returned and required only a fourth we left the truck much better than we received it. There was at least 30.00 more fuel than the required amount. the return agent said that's not something Uhaul reimbursed for. The fuel could not be taking out so UHaul profits more from my rental.
