customer service for uhaul sucks. And you charge for things we didnt request. You take forever to come on the phone and your app sucks.

Great service at this location

Helen FThe guy was rude not communities. He would literally ignored me when I had a question. I also took pic of how we put more gas then what was in and he marked it lower on return form. I showed him the pic and he said he would change but didn’t. He clearly didn’t like me questioning him .
