I spent almost an hour the night before just to get the order submitted. APP Did not accept my birth date. Finally the APP aloud me to schedule, but did not have a trailer and someone would call by 7pm. No call was received. When picking up the trailer, the PP would not function to take pic's of Driver License and move forward to take pictures of trailer. This was another 40 minutes. There was a day that you could have a rental made and hitched ready to go all in 30 minutes or less. What has happened to Uhaul? I will try a competitor next time or buy a trailer.

Virginia DWell not much it was a pretty flawless experience. The only issue i experienced was a discrepancy between the miles on the contract and the actual miles on the vehicle. But we got it corrected and it was fine.
