Getting the trailer was horrible. The first location told me my trailer had a flat, the secod location I was sent to 900 Roswell st, the owner said she does not rent one way, and the trail was hers and she would not switch. she did not even want to help me. They sent me one hour accross town to pick up a trailer. Uhaul sucks and I will not be renting from them again

JOSEPH RThe app and web experience was pretty terrible - it couldn't recognize my GPS, so it thought I was at the wrong location, the options wouldn't refresh, it would have me start over for no reason. However, the people I spoke with were very friendly and helpful, and the vehicle itself was great.
