Very very bad communication they tell you one price and then they overcharge you I would not recommend anyone using U-Haul they are harbor and unprofessional.

We are being charged for equipment that we did not. We picked up a U-Haul in Dallas and dropped it off in New Orleans. They were saying that we did not return furniture pads that was never put into the truck. The gentleman at the Dallas location said he did not have any.
