Owners were wonderful and extremely accommodating. U Hauls website to do paperwork was extremely slow which was frustrating for the owner and ourselves.
Todd GNo blankets, truck had damage spots, no dollies, then when I get down to my location, they insist on charging me for extra days that I had no clue.It was never explained to me that anything.After days was an extra charge of seventy five dollars a day. Upon picking up the truck , I still had to unload the house and have no clue that they were gonna be extra charges. Then when I get down to florida , you guys can't even find me in the system , and i've been renting u halls for twenty years for my customers. So no im not happy

Ron LHad a trailer but no truck had to wait about 45 minutes for a truck when I already had scheduled this two weeks in advance costing me $200. I had two people waiting to help me load the truck and I lost that money.
