I'm glad you asked because I want to acknowledge the young man who put me into the truck for my trip. Steve is the perfect person for the job. He was friendly, obviously well educated and knew the answer to any and every question I asked him. He explained my rights and responsibilities clearly. The truck itself was spotless and no harder to drive than a sedan. Steve accommodated us by opening the office a half hour early, too. I couldn't be happier about renting from U-Haul.
