Terrible service charged my credit card $19000. Started qith miles ended qith kms instead of miles charhed me for 16k miles from montreal to halifax and told me I have to call uhaul to fix. Rude not helpful at all will never use them again and I rent alot.

Truck was dirty on inside when I picked it up . I was also charged for a dolly that was not in there
Dominic GThere were empty water bottles and wrappers left in the van but the back was empty and clean.
SARAH AKeys were in a lock box located attached to a tree in parking lot instead of inside location. It was very hard to get into lock box and it was raining very hard that day causing us to get soaked just trying to get the key. They weren't sure which box the key was in so we had to open several to find it. Keys should be more accessible inside the shop
Betty GLock box was not easy to open and ended up calling 24/7 hotline. Air fans in truck were not working for hot or cold temperature. Vehicle stalled and sounded like it was going to give out at the beginning of the trip. And for a 10hr rental I’ve been charged for 3days. Would not recommend this location again.
