I believe you need to think about providing more equipment for places with higher demand. All the rest is good.

The trailer tire on the left front failed approx 200 KM from our destination. I reported the failed trailer tire to the Uhaul representative when we arrived and he did not seem to care. I explained to him the tire was flat and did not want to move it without his permission and he said he did not care as long as it was back in the yard. When we started off I checked all the tire pressures and ALL FOUR were all different. I filled as per tire rating on the tire and checked them at about 250 KMs The failed tire was in bad shape to begin with and the complete cap separated from the tire. I informed your rep a teddy_dfantis and did not even get a reply. He statedthe company was not responsible for defective equipment

RICHARD MNo cruise control for hours and hours of driving no power windows and I filled up the tank with more gas than when I left which should’ve been at least $20 worth and I only got eight dollars back and I was charged premium rate. I had to go back-and-forth because there was no place to drop off the U-Haul where I was going there so I had to pay double. Very poor experience I tried to ask the store owner about why am I only getting eight dollars he said go read the contract and then he showed me some kind of little machine. He had to measure the gas in the gas tank. He didn’t explain anything to me he just making a guess I don’t know. I should’ve got more money back. I spent almost $600 on this truck not including gas.
