The customer service the, lady was rude. They did not have any of the additions I add ons. So it became a hassle.

Parking upon return was a bit tricky. I'm not good at backing in and there was a car that was blocking one of the spots. When I approached her to move, she completely ignored me. It was weird and I know that probably won't happen to anyone else. Just not an easy experience for me returning the truck.

JORDAN CWhen we got there the keys weren’t in the box. Had to call and wait an hour for someone to get to the location. I also rented a dolly and had to look through every truck with the attendant to see if one even existed, which there wasn’t.
Joe SI rent equipment and not only they dont put it. They dont tell me that they didn't have it. So I jave any time to look any other places. Very disrespectful
