Was disappointed with the drop off. Apparently, someone called off and the one lady was alone to do everything. She asked my husband to take the tow dolly off our truck because she had no help. My husband is disabled and was not able to help. Thank God I was there to help the lady lift it. It wasn't fair that she was expected to do that alone.

NOEL AThe lady at the office was rude when ai called after dropping off the truck. I was overcharged and the charges still haven’t been corrected in my bank. She stated that the system was down. That was yesterday and still no correction. She could have explained it without being rude. I assume she was having a bad day. It was 11 miles not 20. The difference is not much but her customer service was terrible.
