We never received a phone call that our pick-up place was moved. Once we got there, we had reserved two orders of blankets, but they only gave use one - they said they had four one-way rentals and could only give us one set of blankets, so we had to use our own blankets too. Once we were checked out, they pointed to the door. We were left on our own to figure out which truck was our rental - we didn't even know where to look for the truck number. They did not tell us to fill up the truck to the fuel level we started with - I had to call the 800 number to figure that out.
BRIAN CBest U-Haul Experience EVER! The location was very pleasant and organized. My reservation was pulled up quickly. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The van was in great conditions and clean. We needed the service for a local PTA event. It was a perfect solution to haul all of the event supplies.
