I showed up early did the mobile check in and it led me to a lockbox that i opened up had and it no key inside of it. Customer service told me that because the location was not open yet and they had already started the contract by logging in. I could not get a different rental and I had to wait until they opened up an hour and a half later. Ruined My whole schedule for the day.
