FRANCIS JThe customer service the, lady was rude. They did not have any of the additions I add ons. So it became a hassle.
Jermany AParking upon return was a bit tricky. I'm not good at backing in and there was a car that was blocking one of the spots. When I approached her to move, she completely ignored me. It was weird and I know that probably won't happen to anyone else. Just not an easy experience for me returning the truck.
Kimberly IThe woman helping me here was so unbelievably accommodating and sweet. I ended up have to switch uhaul trucks and she even let me reorganize in the back. Amazing experience!
