The reservation did not go to my app for some reason . He said it would once it was picked up but it never did. Then my drop off location was changed so on arrival to what I put in I found out it was now wrong. Because it wasn’t in. The app I could not easily drop off with no attendant. I had to call in and wait on hold - it took 30 additional minutes
