This is not my first time using Uhaul and I have never experienced this kind of poor customer service with uhaul. Other locations went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I need and make the process easy however this location’s representative needs to be trained on what customer service means because he was rude and made me feel like I am renting the truck for free

SHERYL MA nice perk with this location is the gas station immediate availability. I was able to drive the 26ft truck easily into the gas station on my way back for drop off, fill up and drive the truck straight into the parking lot area for the U-Haul. Plenty of space to take pictures for check-in and check-out as well.
Amir SEquipment was dirty in the cab and in the back. Gas meter on paperwork was wrong, yet customer service said it was fine. They also said they are not in charge of cleaning out the uhual, so we had to empty all of the trash out before going on our way.
