While the lequipment was clean, my only suggestion would be better customer service. The person seemed quite disinterested, giving me a feeling that I am causing inconvenience to him for asking for service. No greetings, no walkthrough. I would really ask to improve customer service and interaction at this site.
MAHMUD MI was overcharged for the rental — excessive mileage, moving pads, and unexplained charge. I am sending in a formal request for customer service assistance.
DAVID MThis was not the location I reserved. U-Haul called the night before to inform me the truck I reserved wasn't available at any local location. I had to travel out of my way to pick up the correct size truck and it was filthy. And because I booked it for a desk pick-up, I couldn't check-in at the kiosk. All of this put us way behind schedule and put us in a dirty truck for a very long drive. And this truck didn't include the moving blankets I reserved and needed! This was a garbage experience because U-Haul didn't actually provide what the customer reserved! And the phone rep didn't give a flip either.
