Please make sure no homeless have made camp in the open back of the truck. Nor was the gas full. The back of the truck reeked of urine and there was food, alcohol, and blankets on the floor. I am honestly in disbelief I was charged the full amount.

The people who were assisting me were very nice and helpful. the truck was clean as well. I was uneasy about all of the foot traffic and hanging out in the parking lot.
Tammerra P.I'm currently at the police station filing a complaint because your agent at this location is currently using my credit 12/112022 the time is 10:39am. This is unacceptable.. I have never experienced this in my years of using Uhaul.
Sharron E.Scheduled pick up time was 9:30am. I spent 5 hours trying to get a truck, had to visit multiple locations. I ended up having to pay the helpers for the extra time that they had to wait. I will be calling the office to file a complaint.
