The experience I had is the truck that we use need to be pick up in decatur while we are living in urbana just 5 minutes away from our house we travel 2 hours back and forth just to get the truck. It was a bad experience to get a truck that far.I thought the dolly is part of the rental too.

It was just crazy to pick up the truck and not talk to anyone in person. This was my first time with uhaul so to just get the keys from a box and drive away felt odd and not welcoming.
