There needs to be a better way to get approved for renting. The process was long. I should not have to wait for uhaul to call my contact. My contact didn't answer the phone and so the agent on the chat asked me for another contact. This is ridiculous

Had to do transaction over phone, until I opened the back of trailer to check my blankets and found a big box of trash, including food waste, from the business on site, which is a gaming parlor. They did arrive fairly promptly to take care of the situation, but the trailer still stank of old pizza. Interior of trailer needed repairs.
